Every day I try to focus on what I am thankful for. Take a few moments during the day, and see what it does to your thought patterns, emotions and energy, when that is your focus. For me, it is essential. I am not very good at status quo, when every day becomes a routine, the thought of life as meaningless can slowly sneak upon me. And then I have to make myself projects to find meaning again. But do we always need those projects? Well, it is up to youself, but for me, not really…but I need to remind myself of the things in life that are good…cause when I count them, they are many more than I could ever imagine:)
