Did you remember to breathe today?

You might think that is a silly questions, since our bodies will breathe and keep us alive, without conscious effort.

But, we often do tend to breathe rapidly or shallowly, which will restrain the energy in our body. A full, deep breath can create more energy when needed, and more relaxation when needed.

Use your time to commute or sitting in front of the computer or TV, to take a few extra breaths. Perhaps you can also practice what we talked about yesterday, to direct some empathy towards any thoughts and emotions that might occur. You might even experience that when you direct that empathy towards challenging thoughts and emotions, it will occur to you that this is what you are thinking now, but everything will pass.

Everything will pass! Your thoughts are just your thoughts, they do not have to be the truth!
