The easiest veggie soup EVER!

I am a sucker for easy cooking, and love ti when I can make something tasty and healthy.

Today, I made tomato soup in my rice cooker. Yes, you heard right, in my rice cooker. I sometimes cook soup there, because it is so easy. Put in the ingredients, push the “cook” button, and just check it after a while. You can of course use a pot as well.

2 tomatoes (or 1 large beef tomato)

2 cans of tomatoes

1 teaspoon tomato paste (you can of course drop it, but tomato paste is SO good for your health, with the large amount of lycopen and anti-oxidants)

1 can of string beans

1 teaspoon sambal oelek (or other chili paste)

2 cloves of garlic

a little salt

Yup, that is it. Taste, easy and healthy.

And, of course, I put in a couple of teaspoons of Linda Johansens Green Veggie Powder, for some more veggies in the soup.

Oh, and I have misplaced the chord for my camera. In my own home, can you believe it?? Jeez, I wonder what made me hide it so well….I must  have put it on that super-clever place, that I in the moment find myself very clever to put it there, and then I will never find it again:)

So, until I can purchase a new one, I have stolen this pic from the internet, ha ha.
