I am keeping up my healthy eating, and what I know for sure, is that I would have been a lot more tired of everything going on, if it were not for the greens:-)
Today I made my tastiest smoothie ever!
1/2 carrot, apple juice, 1/2 yellow pepper/paprika, spinach, frozen pineapple. And then I squeezed line juice in before drinking.
So fresh and good!! My favourite!
For lunch I made fluffy protein pancakes with warm berries. Easier than you think!
2 eggs, 1/2 cup of ricemilk (or other milk of your preference), 1/2 tsp baking soda. 2-3 tblsp brown rice protein powder, 3 tsp coconutflour, 3 tsp glutenfree sprouted flour (bought at a health food store called Røtter in Oslo).
I put frozen raspberries in a little bowl, thawed and heated hem by putting the bowl in hot water. Added 2 spoons of Linda Johansen Red Berry Powder to add more anti-oxidants (I am a distributor) and a little bit of maple syrup, a dash of stevia, stirred and poured on the pancakes.
