On my way up – cherry on top!

I must do something right, feeling better again, recoperating fast, if you compare to the past three years. Good news!

This is my medicine:-)

Every day, several times a day. Veggies and fruit. And, for breakfast, I combine it with chiapudding, like tofay.

The smoothie is made with: spinach, frozen mangoes, raspberries, banana, avocado. I added some fermentet tea (Kombucha) for good probiotics. Sweet and yummy, with lots of greens.
