I am lying here with a bad cold, thinking that I should post the outfit from a birthday dinner two days ago.
But now I am wondering if I should share the more serious side of me?
My road back to health. I am not talking about my cold now, but my chronic, since a few years back, sleeping disorder and the incredible fatigue that follows.
I am not claiming to have an easy-fix, not whatsoever (wouldn’t that be great, though)? But I have found a track that slowly takes me there. Lifestyle changes. Nutrition that nurtures my foggy brain and tired body.
I will succeed.
I will fail.
I will learn.
